HOW IT WORKS
Standard Assessment
A LyncStream standard IT assessment generally takes about 4 hour’s onsite with your business. Once the assessment is completed a written overview of the findings will be provided with a scheduled meeting to discuss details and next steps.
Comprehensive Assessment
The LyncStream comprehensive IT assessment takes 32 – 40 hours. At least two full work days are required on site to interview various stakeholders involved in business processes affected by technology. The assessment also requires time with key decision makers in order to align business objectives with technology implementations. It is also required to set aside time for extended phone interviews offsite if needed. Once the assessment is completed a written overview of the findings will be provided with a scheduled meeting to discuss details and next steps.
Virtual CTO
We also offer a continued virtual CTO services. This includes an upfront IT assessment followed through with monthly consultation in order to keep your business on track with changing requirements throughout the year.
